The early days

Since our story began, our primary goal has been to provide value to our client's business. Our founders both owned companies in the Transportation and Logistics Industry.

Having that experience before starting Lean Solutions Group gave them a unique understanding and insight into operational gaps within the industry. They leveraged that knowledge to help clients with their back-office support.

The cultural advantage

Robert Cadena, our CEO and one of our founders, was born and raised in Colombia, providing an advantage as he understood the unique culture, people, and talent.

Starting small

In 2012, we landed as Lean Staffing Solutions in Cartagena, Colombia, with the mission to create the best and most seamless nearshore experience for U.S.-based companies looking to set up their satellite offices. Over time, we expanded our expertise, diversified industries, added new business solutions, and, in 2020, rebranded as Lean Solutions Group. This name change reflects our growth, adaptability, and comprehensive client solutions.

By working with us, operational costs would immediately reduce, and being in the same time zones, would provide an uninterrupted workflow, which was essential to our clients' success.

Our secret recipe

We guided our clients throughout the process, from helping them decide which positions needed to be filled to closely selecting each employee through interviews.  
Our promise was and will always be simple: let us do the complicated and tedious work while you concentrate on growing your business.  
As we co-manage the entire service, it made sense for our employees to share our clients' culture and mirror that in Colombia. Everything that happened in our clients' company also happened in Colombia, which helped us streamline the process and boost performance.

Today, Lean Solutions Group has seven offices in cities across four different countries. Our operations are located in strategic cities like Cartagena, Barranquilla, Bogota, Medellin, and Bucaramanga in Colombia, one in Guatemala City, an office in Manila, Philippines, and one in Mexico.
