"Don't' judge a book by its cover" is the perfect phrase to describe Emma Sanchez, one of Lean Solutions Group's Quality Coordinators. From industrial engineering to cooking and ensuring quality services, Emma is a combination of very different skill sets that merge to create an incredible professional that genuinely represents what Lean Solutions Group is made up of.

Lean Solutions Group has now grown to employ almost 10,000 people across Latin America and the world. Within those thousands of professionals, there are hidden and unique stories that inspire us to continue positively impacting professional lives.

Emma is one of those stories.

Emma started her career path with Lean Solutions in 2021, and since then, she has been able to excel in her role and provide high-quality services while still developing her personal interests as a pastry chef.

As a Quality Coordinator, Emma plays a crucial role in our company. She is in charge of monitoring employees' performance and ensuring they meet our client's expectations.

“My responsibility is to assure that we are adding value to our clients’ operations. To do that, I must develop action plans for the staffers and look at their numbers to know if everything is running as expected.” - Emma.

Emma also analyzes the numbers, searches for performance issues, and creates improvement plans to ensure employees have the tools to perform at their best.

“Part of my job is knowing the story behind the numbers; why numbers behave in different kinds of ways and whether internal or external factors affect those numbers.” - Emma.

One of the most exciting parts of Emma’s story is how she combines all her interests in a way that, in the end, makes sense. She loves being in control of a situation, and she can find that in cooking and within her role. In cooking, she can follow a recipe or tweak ingredients to generate an altered result, in many cases, a much better one. In her job, she meticulously measures performance, analyzes the numbers, and develops a plan to ensure she creates a great result.

“A normal day for me is going to work, analyzing data, motivating people to get the targets, and then I go home and cook something new that I sometimes bring to my coworkers for them to give me feedback on.”

Personal interests and abilities are aspects of a person’s life that should be seen as opportunities to build skills within their professional development. There are creative expressions that Emma can explore when cooking or taking calculated risks to change a recipe.

These elements of cooking and baking are what makes Emma great at pulling the story from the numbers to help customers make data-informed decisions in their teams.

At Lean Solutions Group, we encourage our team to pursue their personal interests to ensure they become their best self and stay motivated to continue providing the best services possible for our company.

Like Emma, there are many more incredible stories behind the people that make our clients’ ideas a reality! We love sharing these stories and giving our team the recognition they deserve. It is because of them we have a satisfied client base of over 600 U.S.-based companies that consider our team part of theirs.
