LSG 2021 Review: Nearshore Staffing Experts

It’s safe to say that 2021 has been a year of adjustment. During this year, many businesses have thrived and found strategies like nearshore staffing to incorporate into their operations in 2021.  

At Lean Solutions Group, we are all about growth. Even through these challenging times, we have had the incredible opportunity to expand without limits and continue providing uninterrupted and high-quality services to our clients.  

2021 Major Accomplishments in Nearshore Staffing

During 2021, we have grown in many ways. In our service offerings, new employees, new offices in strategic cities, and expanded to new and exciting countries.

Employee and Customer Growth

• We are now more than 6,000 employees.

At LSG, we have leveraged change and incorporated it into our business model. Remote work has become the new normality. Many candidates still prefer staying at home and having a home office rather than working at another location. Therefore, we have continued to recruit employees, and depending on the clients’ needs they have the option of working from the office or from home. This has allowed us to grow exponentially and add more talented professionals to our Lean Family.  

In terms of overall growth within our Lean Staffing Domestic division, we grew 200% in 2021 and in the Freight Forwarding division, we had a total growth of 191%.

• Client growth

We have onboarded 186 clients this year across all branches in the Lean Staffing Division.  

Our Lean BPO Division, which just launched in August, signed 14 new accounts.

• At Lean Tech, we welcomed over new 195 developers!

Lean Tech, a division specializing in software development and IT Staffing, grew exponentially. We onboarded over 195 tech-savvy professionals from 7 countries to take on complex software projects and generate incredible results for our clients.

‍Management Certifications

• The LSG management team was certified with the Lean Six Sigma Green belt.

As we continue to grow, it’s essential to have a certified and talented management team to ensure a standardized operation to provide quality services for our clients. The Lean Six Sigma Green belt certification allows our management team to continue enhancing their skill set to become leaders who can handle crucial business development projects.

Service offering

• We launched Lean BPO.

At LSG, we are always searching for ways to enhance our service and provide a complete suite of solutions for our customers. We found that many of our customers required services like Business Process Outsourcing with professionals to take care of customer support, back-office, and other professional services. Therefore, with hard work and determination, we launched Lean BPO! Lean BPO has more than 50 job positions available and over 300 dedicated employees in just a few short months.

Expansion Plan

• We opened offices in Medellin and Bucaramanga for the Lean Staffing division.

Our clients are now able to establish their satellite offices and hire talent from our Lean Staffing division in Medellin and Bucaramanga.  

• We’re expanding to Guatemala!

Due to the increasing need for professionals across all industries, we are now expanding to a new country with great potential, filled with incredible talent and culture. This is just the beginning of our expansion plan; we are eager to arrive at even more strategic countries of Latin America to provide opportunities for professionals and quality services for our clients.    

New offices

• We opened our fifth office in Colombia in the incredible city of Bucaramanga.

As we continue to search for the best talent for our clients, we decided to open new offices in Bucaramanga, a beautiful city filled with motivated professionals eager to enhance their professional careers with U.S.-based companies. With an overall office space of over 7,373 sq ft., our office spaces in Bucaramanga are ready to accommodate your team.

• We made the Inc.5000 List!

Lean Solutions Group made the Inc. 5000 List of fastest-growing privately held companies in America for the third year in a row, ranking at #459. This list shows the most successful companies within the dynamic segment of independent small businesses. Companies like Under Armour, Microsoft, Zappos, and other well-known businesses have been part of the Inc 5000 list!

• Our Lean Marketing team received 10 awards!

Lean Marketing specializes in staffing marketing professionals and marketing agency services, received ten awards in 2 digital competitions. These accomplishments recognize the talent of the Lean Marketing team and the quality work we do for our clients. Lean Marketing received 5 W3 Awards and 5 Davey awards in branding, website design, and video animation.

This year was filled with significant accomplishments that motivated us to continue working hard to provide the best services to our clients and incredible career opportunities for talented professionals in Latin America. Everything we have accomplished could not have been possible without the trust and support of our amazing customers. We are eager and ready to see what 2022 has in store for us!
