PGT Trucking Builds its Nearshore Team with Lean Solutions Group
Building strong relationships with our customers is one of our main objectives. At Lean Solutions Group, we have partnered with over 600 U.S.-based companies from various industries to augment their workforce by building highly efficient nearshore or offshore teams in strategic locations worldwide.
We had the incredible opportunity to talk with one of our clients who has been working with us for over four years. Drew Nichols, Administration Manager at PGT Trucking, gave us a glimpse into their experience while working with us.
The PGT Trucking + Lean Solutions Group Partnership
The business relationship between Lean Solutions and PGT Trucking started in 2019. Before they started working with us, PGT was struggling to find and retain top talent.
By partnering with us, they were able to streamline this process and gain access to qualified, bilingual, and global talent.
It all began with Lean Solutions filling administrative back-office positions like collections and billing to streamline PGT’s operations.
Rapidly, PGT noticed the value Lean Solutions’ staff members provided to their organization, and the team started growing. The group grew to 15 employees across four departments in a few months.

PGT had the amazing opportunity to visit their team in Barranquilla, a city known as the Golden Gate of Colombia.
